Pore/Framework Structure锛欰 mordenite type molecular sieve containing 12-MR and 8-MR pores with pore sizes of 0.67nm脳0.70nm and 0.28nm脳0.57nm, respectively; 12-MR and 8-MR pores are connected by another 8-MR channel perpendicular to the plane with an aperture size of 0.34nm脳0.48nm.
Applications: MOR zeolite has been widely used as adsorbents for separation of gas or liquid mixture, as well as petrochemical and fine chemical catalysts, such as toluene disproportionation, aromatic alkyl transfer, trimethylbenzene isomerization, and dimethyl ether carbylation reactions.
Our Products: The morphology of MOR can be controlled, and a variety of morphologies including nanosheets and nanospheres can be produced according to customer needs; we can provide MOR molecular sieves with SiO2/AlO3 ratios at around 30, micropore volume of 0.12~0.20cm3/g, and the specific surface area between 300~500m2/g; the crystal size varies from several hundred nanometers to several microns.
